Unfortunately, we didn't get approval on the spot. Our interview went for about 30-40 mins but mostly on checking documents, pictures and my medical. I thought I will have a problem on my medical because the doctor instructed me not to put a date when i signed it assuming they will be typing it. Anyway, the officer ask us to verify our name and date of birth, and where i lived before. He also ask me about my relatives who are in the US. He only ask my spouse 2 questions, how did we meet and where did we go on our first date. We didnt really go on a "date" we go out and we do things together but never really say lets go on a date or something so thats what my spouse told the officer. I was also surprised when he asked me the same question so i just answered the same thing and added we see each other whenever my spouse is off from work 2 times a week. The officer also ask us to name the person in our pictures. I was surprised again because he asked me to identify my sister, my niece and my nephew, i mean its quite obvious that its my family becasue Im asian and my spouse is white. Thats about it. He then handed us a receipt stating our case is being held for review and USCIS does not require any further information or documents from us.
Hoping to hear their decision soon with a positive result.
