    I checked https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/

It says 17.5 Months to 23 Months for employment based processing time? :-O

That's more than a year, almost two years. That's a long time... am I reading this right?

Also, I heard employment based now requires an interview. Is it just more likely or certainly so?

    Thanks!

Because employment based AOS now requires an interview, the most accurate representation of your processing time is that of your Field Office. So look up I-485 and then your field office. https://www.uscis.gov/about-us/find-.../field-offices
