late September filer.

not sure if my post went through. has anyone who applied for 1-485 concurrent with i-765, i-130 and i-131 in late september2018 ( receipt notice of action october 1st or similar) received any update on their ead and advance parole applications. from the thread, it seems people who applied earlier on September started receiving approval this week so i'm hopeful in the following week or two, id be lucky.

hi guys, i have been a silent user on this platform but these long wait times have me all in a ball of tizzy. i see that as of two days ago some early september filers have received approval for their ead and advance parole document. i applied on september 28th 2018 and received notice of action of october 1st 2018. biometrics done october 31st. has anyone with a similar timeline received any updates on theirs? also what are you guesses on when late september filers will be approved. i have a family emergency trip for first week of march. hopefully can make it.

My case was ready to schedule for interview on 4 Oct. I just noticed that they have updated it again and it now reads 12 Feb ready to schedule for interview. Anyone else have this happen? I?m hoping it means they are looking at it.

I did not file on sept but my status changed to ready for schedule for an interview

I?m gonna delete the app that constantly lets me check the status. I check like 10 times a day smh

My interview was just scheduled! just literally received the email a few minutes ago. This is crazy. We got our interview notice before the permits!

so excited yet so nervous. Need to start prepping everything.

Thank you! Call USCIS and try talking to an officer to see what your status is. When I initially called the automated phone message was ?status cannot be found at this time?, so I talked to an officer and he let me know that I was in line to be scheduled. I then asked how long it would take and he said 2-4 weeks for Baltimore.

Yes, our office is Baltimore. Fingers crossed you?ll get yours soon as well!

2) My PD is exactly 1 week after yours. So hopefully, i will get updates by next week or end of this Feb 19.

3) What is your field office by the way? MD means Maryland?
