I?m so happy for you!!! I got mine today too!!! Finally one step closer so funny how all of our dates are just the same! My appointment is set for Nov 7 but I?ll go in first thing Tuesday morning!

I really hope so because the only thing that was easing my mind about not having received anything was knowing that everyone here that submitted the same week that I did had not received one either so now I'm starting to get a little worried. We submitted our I-130 separately at the end of 2016 so my PD date is 12/23/2016, but they received the biometrics fee on August 24th, 2018 and my receipt notice date is 08/27/2018. Hoping they're making their way to mine hopefully this week, if not, I suppose I'll have to start calling every few days.

Angie, did you have to ask to speak with a level 2 officer? It was my first time calling personally and the lady that answered just asked me for the receipt date, told me it hadn't been scheduled yet and that because it had been more than 30 days now that she was going to submit a SR for me and gave me that confirmation number. Next time just ask directly to speak with a level 2 officer?

Yes, when you call, just tell the rep that answers the call that you would like to speak to a level 2 officer. They will say ok, if they ask you the reason, jst tell them its in regards to you bio notice, and they will transfer. There might be a long wait but try. If you get someone thay doesnt give u any extra info, try again another day. Dont be afraid.

Sorry to hear that, however I?m confident yours will be scheduled and come in very soon too. What?s your PD date? Mine was 08/24.
I don?t think a SR would trigger it, unless it?s a lost mail or unique glitch to your application, as we?re all queued in the system anyway and in our case we were particularly queued up for some reason. Though it?s definitely worth to do, you can also do it online on their website!
I believe yours is next to come, so stay strong

I have friends with investor visas (eb-5) and other family based petitions in that same PD timeframe and all had the same issue of not receiving the bio letter. They called today too and both got theirs sent and scheduled.

Today was the first time we called, and funny enough - before the call - I told my lawyer I?d bet they sent it on friday and I?ll be scheduled on the 6-7 of Nov. And voil?, it was exactly like that lol So, thanks to Angie and KM for that!

Again, hang in there, it seems they?re processing the backlogs of our PD dates now!

I would say keep calling until you talk to a nice level 2 officer that can help you and give you more info. Praying you get your letter this week too!

We were going to file from San Francisco actually as we were set to move there. Slowly and steadily, and after all this is done, we?ll relocate there. I think it?s great to raise family there (especially around the bay area) rather than here, and given I have a tech co. What are your thoughts on SF?

Reading this made my hopes go up so I called hoping to get told that my biometrics had been sent out as well because I haven't received anything yet. The person I spoke said I hadn't been scheduled yet and so she submitted a service request referral for me and gave me that confirmation number. Told me to wait 30 days for a response. I'm kicking myself for not having submitted one earlier. I think that definitely would've triggered my scheduling to have happened sooner. I just had my lawyer's office call them about 10 days ago. Sadness. I'm happy that some of you have already received or are expecting to receive the biometrics letter! Please send good energy my way. This waiting is grueling.
