I-90, application for renewal of green card

Hi, I am a green card holder and I need to renew it. while looking at the renewal application, I figured that I do not remember the
exact location(city) of office where I first applied for Green card. I remember the state and the exact city. Can I input the state name in the that field. I believe it is the
Item 1 and 2 in Part 3.

Sorry, typo. I meant to say, I remember the state, but not the city office where I applied and was granted
permanent status.
