Should the I-765 filed with I-485 be a renewal or an initial application?

So I filed my I-765 concurrently with I-485 and I-130, already got texts and mails NOAs for all 3 but I just realized that I might have messed up the first question on the I-765 where it asks if Im applying for an initial OR a renewal of permission of employment. At the time I thought since I've had 2 EADs before from my OPT, this one now would be a renewal so I tick on the renewal box, but now that Im thinking about it, this is a totally different kind of EAD so probably I should have said it's an initial application?
What did you guys put for your I-765? I'm kinda worried right now, if I really did tick the wrong box, will I have to send the form again?

This is a separate/new EAD. I know of others who have checked the wrong box and had it approved without any problems. If it gets rejected, then file a new form.

I doubt it will be an issue. You should be fine.
