Parol in Place

Has anyone filed I-485 through with Parol in Place? My husband is currently serving the military. I?ve heard that sometimes the process might be a bit faster than usual for military family members . Please share your experience. Thank you!

When you call USCIS, you should call the military hotline. https://www.uscis.gov/military/military-help-line

If you want your process/interview expedited, reach out to your US Senator. I know of military wives who had their interview expedited before husband's deployment.

Thank you so much for the information! My husband deployed before the parol in place got approved and it definitely extended the process. He might deploy again next year so expediting the interview will help us tremendously! Thank you!!
