After the biometrics appointment?

Hi all,

I went to my biometrics appointment last week on Wednesday. It has still not been updated on my online tracking (nor is it on the app and My USCIS). I usually see that people get an update the next day saying that fingerprints were reviewed. Did anybody experience that? Does it mean my biometrics were not captured well? Would you advise to call them?

Yes! But it's even later than the app. The app does say that the biometrics fee was accepted, this one only shows "we accepted your case" :/

You may call if you wish. It's a bit early in the game. Your fingerprints were likely captured just fine. I can't imagine that they would let you walk away if they didn't have a good set of fingerprints.
I imagine that adjudicators prioritize cases based on jurisdiction. You're in NYC. It's a long wait. They won't always spend time on cases in slow jurisdictions like NYC or Minneapolis, when they have cases in much faster jurisdictions that need their attention.

04/16/2018 - The Post Office picked up mail containing your new card.
04/13/2018 - We mailed your new card your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization, directly to the address you gave us.
04/10/2018 - We ordered your new card.
11/16/2017 - We received your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization.
