  • How long until I should receive Interview Date?

    Hi all

I wanted to see if anyone could share their experiences and timings around their GC process.

I am a May 2018 applicant through an Immigration Attorney through marriage to US Citizen.

NBC is the processing site and I am based in NYC. My timings so far are below for additional info:

    PD: 5/29/18
    Bio appt: 6/18
Ead and travel permit approval: 10/4
    EAD received: 10/11
Case Ready to be Scheduled for Interview: 7/18

Nothing else updated since EAD received.

Any information that this community can provide would be most helpful.

    Thanks!

How can one search for applicants in the same city and state?

Please, how can i find applicants that are filing for adjustment of status in the same city and state?

        USCIS Processing times for NYC:
        17 - 31.5 Months (Family-based adjustment applications).
Receipt inquiries are currently dated May 12, 2016. So looks like in the best case you are about 10 months away from a green card and in the worst case you have to wait another 2 years.

        Welcome to the waiting game!

We got our notice of interview about 6.5 months after it was "ready to be scheduled" and the notice was a month in advance of the interview, so 7.5 months but every processing center is different
