One month after interview and yet no news

I had my interview on the 8th of November and everything seemed ok. The interviewer was a young lady. We had our interview at the Baltimore field office and where told that we would be contacted soon but it’s one month now and no news or mail. On the web site it shows “your interview was concluded but your case has to be reviewed” at this point what can I do. Thanks

what did they tell you I have a big issue which is my automatic renewal will expire within month and they didn't renew my EAD and its already out of processing time and raised one expedite request and one out of processing time and didnt hear anything from them.
My two child and my wife is US citizens and they will lose their health insurance if I lost my job beside our apartment etc.

Did you apply for your EAD/AP renewal? You can send the paperwork in 5 months before it expires

Me too. Almost 2 months since interviewed on Oct 12th, no updates no mails, still "Case is ready to scheduled for an interview". I guess the only thing we can do is wait 1 more month to make the max of 90 days as the IO that interviewed us said.

My EAD expires in August 2019 so I still have a lot of time. But why will they do such to people, keeping people waiting is so not fair

Did you apply for your EAD/AP renewal? You can send the paperwork in 5 months before it expires

This is the renewal I sent my EAD renewal on May 2017 and nothing till now I am on the 180 days extention and that will expire on janurary

Then it's time to reach out to your US senator(s) and get that renewal expedited and your interview scheduled.

I sent to Kamala harris office and I had my interview on August and talked with her office again and the immigration said I am under extended review and they cant give date.

for the EAD I did expedite request last month and they didnt reply and I talked to level two office and she said you have to wait until the end of the month and she did another out of processing time with the expedite so which ever comes first

I dont care about myself anynmore but my two babies 15 months and 3 weeks and my wife will be harmed and all of them are US citizens

Ask them the reason for the extended review. Did you provide sufficient evidence of bona fide marriage? You have two children. It should be no trouble to show a paper trail of co-parenting and expenses around the children.

They did approve the I130 on spot but the I485 they said they will let me know and will send me RFE as my tax return an health form expired which they didn't till now and when I went to tell them if I should submit it they said I have to wait until they send me RFE but they don't say anything. the office doesnt accept info pass at moment and when I talked to level 2 officer and asked about the reason she said I have to call back within 2 months if I didnt hear anything as they wont be able to call the office now as my interview was on August after 2 months I can call them and they will talk to the field office

I did not follow everything you said. Try another senator, congressperson, Ombudsman. Have them shake the tree. The reps on the phone are not even immigration officers. They are customer service reps. That is it. They will say anything to get you off the phone. AGAIN... Try another senator, congressperson, Ombudsman. Have them shake the tree. The lady in the interview said she needs new health form which I have now and last year tax return as my case around 2 years now. where should i send it and to whome
during old info pass the officer told me dont send something we didnt ask for.
