Question 1: I think the National Benefits Center takes care of it at least for I 131 and I 765.
Question 2: Just bring I-693 at the interview. Some people don't submit it because it gets expired before their interview day and they still have to redo it.
Question 3: Lot of people don't get updates until Interview is schedule or EAD/AP is produced
Question 4: If your AOS is through marriage to a USC then it's ok to overstay your visa no need to leave the country. If you leave the country without AP then you are abandoning your case.
As you said I can overstay the visa, but I guess I wont be able to work or even renew my license without until i recieve EAD.
usually how much time it takes to receive an EAD

Hello guys,
I am new here. Got worried today and after speaking to my lawyer (and not getting any answers) googled and found this forum.
Very hopeful that someone here with experience can shed some light.
I'm married to a USC. Here on H1b, so filed adjustment of status, EAD and AP all together. We are filing in the Cincinnati, OH office.
PD was 12\14\2018
Biometrics notice 12\21\18 with date of appointment 01\09\2019
I went on that date, they refused to take my FP because I had stitches. They gave me a priority stamp to come back when it heals.
Biometrics completed in the Cincinnati office on 01\22\19 - they said it all went through and there were no issues
Since then, we have been waiting and heard nothing. At the advice of my lawyer, I went ahead and did my medical exam even though we never got the medical exam notice yet.
The medical exam was completed on 2\18\19 and I got the sealed envelope on 2\20\19
Till this day, the case status online still says "my case was received" and was never updates.
Lawyer says our office is currently supposed to take 4-6 months for interview\EAD.
Him or I have not heard anything.
Today is 14 weeks from my PD.
I don't know what else to do. Is it even normal not to have any updates about the biometrics? that was two months ago!
Any advice would help. Is there anyone else in the same boat? not having any updates after biometrics?
I find it hard to believe that the EAD will just show up in the mail without any notice or any updates, however my lawyer says we could either get the interview notice or the EAD by mail any day, no way of knowing. I'm just so anxious as I am about to change jobs and we are scheduled to go on our honeymoon in Mexico on July 14th and if I dont get my AP by then, we will have to cancel everything and wont get a refund
Thank you in advance to any response!
