We got an update stating there is a RFIE for our form 131. I'm a little nervous. What could they be asking for? Has anyone had any experience where their AP was denied?

I think they are asking for proof/reasons for requesting Advanced Parole. For example, if you need to travel abroad due to a family emergency, maybe you can provide a letter with explanation and/or any medical bill/letter signed by a doctor. If you need to travel for vacation, then write a letter to explain and include any itinerary/travel plans. Typically, they wouldn't send you an RFE if you had requested AP and EAD at the same time.Originally posted by Shae View PostField Office - San Francisco
