Pls does uscis send you a confirmation when they receive your response to an rfe you sent?anyone with an idea pls help out

When I've sent a response to their request for initial evidence, the case tracker thing online has updated to 'we received your response to our request for initial evidence for your form... blah blah'.
It seems that the case tracker has not been updating for some people recently though?

That is exactly why I?m worried because ever since I submitted my application since October 2018 all what I can see from both apps is case received.so I?m not sure if the apps are gonna say anything if the Rfe was received.

Got an RFIE in December, see signature for timeline. Did not receive any notice (mobile notification or letter in mail). USCIS online status finally changed on 1/7 from "RFIE Sent" to "Case Ready to be Schedule for Interview." So as long as USPS delivered your package and you have their confirmation, I wouldn't worry.
