Los Angeles filers in November!

Oh wow that's early! Didn't realize they did it that early in the morning. We submitted i693 with our initial application packet, it was part of the list of items from our lawyer. Hopefully it's still valid! Will have to ask about that so thanks for reminding me Did you have yours done yet already?

yeah i surprised to see the time too. anyhow, i just want this interview to be successfully done. about i-693, i didn't send it with the initial application. because its only valid for a year and i didn't think i would get the interview date exactly the same day as my PD.

Los Angeles processing time says 12 - 21 months currently. Any update from any Los Angeles area filers from September/October/November 2018?

PD is September 4, 2018.

April 24, 2019 - Got notification via the app that my interview is scheduled.
April 29, 2019- Interview letter received. (June 7,2019)

Just noticed the LA I-485 processing time went down to 11 months (on low end) for family-based. That's down from 12 months last month, and 13.5 months before that. So hopefully that's good news!

My case was updated again today, i765 is approved. Last week, my i485 interview was scheduled for late June.

Went great! Officer was impressed with our file, all thanks to this forum, lol. Approved on the spot Online status has changed to "New Card Is Being Produced" already.

ours went great too but the officer gave us the "held for final review" letter unfortunately. he told us that, he dont see any issues but he still have to finalize the decision and should be done in couple of days. hopefully ours will be approved soon.

I have been reading another thread, the February filers have been getting their EADs already! How unfair could that be? How is NBC’s system like? They are getting it in 3months while everyone of us being tortured of waiting for 7mos or more? I don’t understand.... It’s so upsetting

my interview is in 2 weeks. I have everything prepared and when i showed them to the laywer, she said i went overboard and just bring a couple of documents. Do you mind sharing what you provided ?

Yeah, I got the vibe at the interview that the officer thought we were over prepared for this one, and that what we have would be really good for the removal of conditions evidence. He looked through all of our documents and photos and picked out what he wanted to keep for our file - which was our health insurance evidence, one of two auto insurance policies, tax return 2018, LADWP electricity bills, and a couple of photos.

And just when I thought we can start counting and waiting for us November filers tomorrow, NBC Advance parole processing times backlogged again to Sept 29 as of today! and gone to 6-8mos processing times! and EAD Sept 15 6-8.5mos really?! argh! this is a torture
