me too .. probably because EAD and AP were managed by NBC, instead I-130 and I-485 were managed by Raleigh Field Office ..the combo card has been shipped from Arizona, the CG from Kentucky
in any case, now I have a brand new and obsolete 1 day old EAD

Nope, I got problem with biometric, they cannot get my fingerprint because it not clear, I did 2 times, and waiting USCIS, they said if not success in 2 times, they will need the police clearance letter ><

Package picked up from usps po box feb 13th.
Feb 20th received text message with case receipt number.
Waiting for mail letter with case approval.
2/23 i-797C Receipt notice received.
3/1/2019 received bio appointment
3/12/19 bio appointment done
no update on ''fingerprint taken''
4/19 requested expedite ead and faxed proof
waiting for response on ead expedite

I think it depends if Philippines allow the change or not.

I have experience with Mexico, after our marriage, my spouse changed the last name combination as what was used at the time, change the second last name and add "DE" between last names. 20 years later they changed policy (Mexico authorities) and now you need to have your passport (and other official documents) with your maiden name. The passport has a new area where they list the spouse last name.

We will try to get our GC with names that follow US tradition, only 1 last name and the spouse last name. In the mean time, all documents stay the same to not confuse the officer.

As I have viewed timelines of Washington-DC filers i think the 8.5 months and more of processing time for marriage based aos is true based on the current case processing on the uscis website. With this, im gonna stop myself in checking the case tracker from time to time since it's just making me more anxious. I will just wait for the interview notice letter in mail. Im just confused tho coz im still illegally working in my present job, i dont know if being married to a USC will exempt me from gc denial since I came in here with a J1 visa without the two year residency requirement and then adjusted to B1/B2 status before my j1 ended.

Hello Everyone!!! I logged on this morning at it says my interview was scheduled on May 3, 2019!!! Beyond ecstatic!
