Dispositions has a typographical error, would USCIS except a certificate of conduct?
1 of 3, of my dispositions has the incorrect spelling of my name and DOB is incorrect.
Whould the USCIS, interviewing officer accept a Certificate of Conduct if I was to get one, too prove that I am the person connected to that actual arrest.
I only included 2 dispositions when I filed my I-485, because my 3rd arrest wasn't showing up due to a typographical error with the court records, now that I have figured out the issues, is a Certificate of Conduct warranted, for this situation?
My charges are, 2 for unlicensed driver and the next charge is for disorderly conduct, which was sealed after conviction
