AOS for K-2 who are not in USA Yet

My fiancee entered to USA with K-1 visa in August 2006. We got married in last month and have prepared documents for AOS. She has two daughters who also received K-2 visa are still in her home country. They will come to US in coming Spring.

She wants to apply her AOS with her two daughter's even though they are still in the home country. Is it possible?

AOS is only for people who are in the us, you can apply for immigrant visas for them
