Primary passport stamped but RFE for Wife

Hi,
My ( primary) case has been approved and passport also stamped but for my wife AVM says, RFE Notice has been sent today. I am thinking RFE could be about Medical because she could not took all the vaccines at the time of her last medical.

I am having 3 questions.......

1) who will receive a RFE notice, either Lawyer or me?

2) Can I send a RFE reply myself because I don't have Lawyer service or should I hire a lawyer service? which one is safer I mean reply through lawyer or myself?

3) do I need any covering letter from Lawyer to reply RFE at VSC center ?

Your reply will be highly appreciated.

Can you pl. post the update whether you recd. the RFE or not, and if yes, on what?

You should get the RFE as you don't have any lawyer.

You can reply to it without any lawyer.
