Self filing I-485??

Hi,

Wondering if anybody can tell me if its a good idea to file I-485 by myself. I mean is it easy to do? Any disadvantage? and where I can get the I-485 kit?

Worry vs. Money

It depends on how much worry you want to carry vs. how much you want to save. Yes, you certainly can file on your own, but you will always keep on thinking for the rest of 10-12 months, whether I did right or wrong. If you are sure, go ahead.

There is no such kit, but many users have compiled list of docuements to be attached.
