Urgent Enquiry on Immigration matter
As per my immigration process, the I-130 which my American citizen wife filed on 18 Dec 2007, was approved and sent to the National Visa center. The NVC wrote me today with a form of to fill out. The name of the form is: CHOICE OF ADDRESS AND AGENT (DS-3032). In the letter I received from the NVC, I am to fill out this form and send it back before they can continue with the processing of my case; which of course I did and returned since. Also that if they received the form (DS-3032) back, then they will send me some instructions and additional forms to fill out to send back to them. I really have no idea of the instructions and form that they will be sending me. Can you give me an idea? I have also attached a copy of the approval notice of the I-130 to the I-485, I-765, and I-131 and submitted them to the USCIS for my change of status. Is this the proper thing that I have done? Please help me. I am confused.
Since my I-130 was approved by the California Service Center (CSC) will I have to sit another interview for the I-130? Also, I am not working yet because I am not authorize to work...What are the joint documents needed for any interview that the USCIS will call us for?
I am from Liberia, West Africa. I came here in June of 2007 on a B1/B2 visa and later got married to my USCitizen wife in Dec 2007.
