Hi All,

It gives me great pleasure to let you all know that I have received the confirmation from USCIS about approval of my I-485 App. for Adj of Status.

USCIS have mailed the "welcome new permanent resident" letter which I should receive in a week. The actual card would take 60 days to arrive.

Thank you all for your help with my application. Special thanks to all the senior members of Immihelp. This is the best source for all immigration related questions.

June 5, 2007 - USCIS received my I-485 application
Aug, 2007 - EAD received
Feb 20, 2008 - AOS Interview
May 16, 2008 - GC Approval received via email/online status
