My friend's fiance is now in the US with K-1 Visa. They got married today. I am helphing them with their application for Adjustment of Status. I am getting mixed results in my research.
They need to file I-485, I-864, I-765, however I am finding that some places say that they need to also file G-325A. Please advise on what is the correct course for the stage two of Fiance green card.
Also, Should they be concerned that the immigration officer is going to give them problems at the interview here. The fiance was only asked to show the i-134 at the consulate and was approved with out any problems.
