baby born in India for pending I-485 status

I-485 is pending and workind on EAD. we are planning to have delivery in India. I would like to have some tips on the issues arise while bringing back mother and baby to US. I know if I would have been in H1B, it will be easy bring the baby as dependent. But currently we both are on EAD and I don't know what will be the status of the baby if she/he born in India. Please help.

You will not be able to bring the child into US if you are a parolee using EAD. One of you should be on H1b status to bring the baby in and then file for AOS when your PD is current.
