H1B Visa/Visitor Visa

Hi,

I am currently in the US on an H1 B visa, however my visa expires on April 4th and my I-94 on April 14th. If I understand correctly that means that I need to leave the country before April 14th is that correct?

I will be moving back to Sweden but I was wondering if there is a way to change my H1B visa to a tourist visa (with i-539 form, or any other way) so that I will have time to get everything in order before I leave.

Yes, you have to leave by Apr 14.
