    status of parents

    Hi There,

    I am a US citizen and have filed a family based petition for my parents. I have filed both I-130 and I-485 together. I sent in the petion today (05/18/09) and my parents I-94 is valid till June 14th. Can they legally continue to reside in the US in case we dont hear back from INS by june 14th?
