Hello guys, I am an engineer from western Europe (born and raised) who currently works for a big American company (in the East coast so I assume Vermont Uscis) under h1B. My managers told me they would like to start the application for my green card, probably under Eb2 preference since I have a MS in us. How much time do you estimate from the moment we sent the initial documents to the moment I will be a permanent resident?
Also my girlfriend (European too) is under f1 right now, when do you think it is a max date we should wait before to get married so I can include her as dependent? For us it will be better after her graduation but it is probably going to be difficult.
