How long did it take to get EAD (I765 and I131)

    Yes, Scanigm, this whole thing needs to be fairer. I am not saying that it's not good that you already got yours, but while some like you are luckier, others like me and afranio wait a lot longer and we can't do anything about it.

    07/24/18- Documents received
    11/16- I-485,765 and 131rejected
    12/22- New I-485, 765 and 131 sent
    12/27- Documents delivered at 10 am (UPS)
    01/14- Credit Card was charged
    01/14- text messages for I-485 and I-131
    01/22- Received form I-765 back. Got rejected due to incorrect fee??
    01/23-Submitted I-765 again.
    01/31- Early Biometrics appointment
    02/01- Fingerprint Review was completed
    07/30- case is ready to be scheduled for ...
    08/31-EAD in hands
    10/22- Interview (approved)

      You have applied to a different office I think. But definitely the system needs looked at
      GC applied due to marriage to a USC, live in SFO
      October 24th 2018. - case received at NBC
      november 21st - fingerprints taken
      march 11th - case ready to schedule interview. Still saying fee for finger prints received
      may 7th - I notified USCIS that my EAD and AP are out side normal processing times. (No reply)
      june 12th - expatiated my case due to needing to travel home to my sisters wedding
      june 13- new card in production

        I think your field shouldn't matter because these two forms are processed by NBC. At least is my understanding, but I am not sure.

        Actually, I just checked, and it seems that for the I-131 there are 5 different FO, so maybe the NBC is the slowest and more messed up one.

          The wait is definitely frustrating isn't it? For your reference I think 8 months is normal instead of the 7 they list on their site for processing time. It's a ridiculous amount of time. I hope you get good news soon.

          10/4/2018: Notice Date all
          10/12/2018: Bio Notice Date
          10/29/2018: Bio Appt
          2/7/2019: i693 Courtesy Letter date
          3/12/2019: i485 Ready to be scheduled for interview
          5/3/2019: second i765 Out of normal processing time SR
          5/15/2019: raised ombudsman SR
          5/20/2019: EAD was mailed day 235

            Do you think that the fact you contacted the omnibus helped your case??
