I applied to GC through employment. My case has been in the NBC Missouri for some time and there is no update. Not sure if it is taking longer than usual and which step its stuck at. Below is the history

Notice Date: Feb/2019
Office: Texas :- January 30, 2019, we transferred your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, Receipt Number SRCxxxxxxxxx, to another USCIS office. That office now has jurisdiction over your case
I-140: Approved January 2019
I-131: Approved January 2019
Is it normal for scheduling interview to take this long ? what is the normal processing time ? Also how can I check if the background check is complete.
would appreciate any information, Not sure if this is normal or taking longer than usual.
