I-601 Provisional Waiver-In Country Anyone???

Is there anyone here in this forum waiting for their I-601 Waiver approval inside the US? Mine is a fraud waiver. My lawyer said I don’t have to go back home & I can adjust my status here in the US.

If you are otherwise eligible for Adjustment of Status in the US (e.g. you entered the US legally and you are petitioned by your US citizen spouse or child), and you have the ban for fraud or material misrepresentation, yes, you would file an I-601 waiver while doing Adjustment of Status inside the US. Note that this is a regular waiver, not a "provisional waiver" which refers to something else, I-601A, which is not relevant to your ban.
