June 2019 filers

Howdy! I don't believe there's already a thread for those filing in June, so here we have it.

My wife and I sent ours off with express mail via USPS yesterday afternoon. Concurrent filing - everything except for the medical. Adjustment based on marriage to a US citizen. I am Australian.

We prepared the package ourselves with help from the internet - and in particular immihelp and ***********. So, thanks to everyone who's posted before us!

First time here, but I've been lurking for a long time.
i also filed for i-485 , I-485sup , i-765 , i-864w, g-1450 and medical for cat f2a PD 3/8/18.
sent on 6/1 received on 6/3 and as today 6/12/19 not credit card charge yet and not txt or email that was received.

06/12/2019 Received 3 receipt numbers via text messages and it also said i would receive the letter in the mail

Did you use the G-1450 to pay via credit card or did you send a check ? Just wondering since my package was delivered on 6/03 and I haven't heard anything from them ? Also did you send to Chicago ?

On a computer go to your Username at top right on this page - select User Settings - you will see a tabbed area with Profile selected, click on Account - scroll down to Conversation Detail Options. Make sure Show Signatures is selected so you can see signatures, then click on Edit Post Signature

Zips I used the credit card form. And i received the texts last night at 10.30pm and my card was charged at that time as well. I did send it to Chicago lockbox and used usps. Hope that helps.

I sent it same as you, only difference is i'm a 245(i) and filing an I-864W, maybe that's delaying it ...

That maybe it. Did you attach the correct amount of payment? Because i heard that they return the package if the payment is extra or less. If everything is correct, just wait patiently i'm sure you will get the notice in the mail. Some people say that they never received the texts, but the letters only.

Well I did:

$1,225 for I-485 + Biometric
$1,000 for I-485 supa
$410 for I-765

in 3 different G-1450

I don't have experience with I-485 supa, but for most people (all?) filing I-765 with I-485 the fee is $0 and not $410.

The I-485s Supplement A is because I have an I-130 filed back in 1998 which grandfather me under LIFE Act (245(i) Adjustment) which carry a $1,000 penalty.

I guess I missed that part where you don't pay for the I-765 : but since I filed a separated g-1450 for it , wouldn't/couldn't just skip it ?

I only see the rejected reason of "sending a wrong fee". I hope they would skip it but I don't have experience. Good luck.

I think you may have sent the wrong fees. Because you only need $1225 for i485 thats it. You do not need to pay for i765 and i131 if you are paying for i485. It is in the special instructions section of the form i485. Hope that helps. So you might receive your package back for wrong fees. And in your case $1225 for i485, and $1000 for i485 sup. So you paid extra for i765.
