Good Morning All,
This morning at 1 am, I have received an email that says my "Your Case Status: Testing and Interview" and they have scheduled an interview for me (Marriage- case I485)

1-How long should I wait to receive an actual mail?
2-Do I need to follow up with USCIS regarding my interview date?

Doesn't hurt as they last a whole year but you can also wait till you have the letter in hand. Most physicians can get that test done in 7-14 days (mine took 5 days I think).

But if it will need any vaccine shots so it can delay the situation. I’ve send my medical with all of the papers together. So just go for it.

This Morning I called USCIS and talk to the first officer (Not Level 2).

He told me my cased has not scheduled yet!! When I asked him so why my status has updated to my case is schedule he responded me he doesn't know and I have to wait!!!

I'm really disappointment and pissed off!

If Any one has the same situation???

I got the same email but it did not say that it was scheduled. “Testing and Interview” we are ready to schedule your interview. We would schedule your interview and send you a notice. I’m guessing this is just the automatic message once everything in your file is good enough to enter the next phase, waiting for the actual interview.

Mine says. thy scheduled an interview for my case!

"On August 6, 2019, we scheduled an interview for your Form I485, APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR ADJUST STATUS",

I wonder what they mean about "Testing"... as far as I know the test is for citizenship and not green card, unless something has changed?

Yesterday afternoon I received the Interview notice mail.
The funny thing is when I called USCIS yesterday morning. I've been told my interview has not scheduled yet !!!!
