Hello everyone,
i have been freaking out as i mentioned in I485 form that i am currently working plus i worked in the past. This was suggested by my attorney and he convinced me to not to lie about my work history as he explained to me that working without a permit is common these days. The USCIS is actually looking for how truthful you can be and they know everything. So anyways long story short, i am now very nervous because i have plans to use my advance parole to travel to my home country and what if i would be denied entry back into states also if this would impact Immigration Officers decision for my GC interview later on. Please share your thoughts on this or if someone mentioned about working without a permit in their forms and got away with it.
Thanks
