  • Interview Requirements: “Letters from each current employer"

    Hi,

I received the invitation for the interview but having a problem.

“Letters from each current employer, verifying current rate of pay and average weekly hours, and pay stubs for the past 2 months”

I have 2 sponsors. My wife is still employed so she can get this letter but my mother-in-law, the sponsor who had much better income than my wife, is not employed since March and she cannot get this letter at this time. My wife is making $21,000 after taxes now but it was shown much lower than this on the tax returns we submitted because by the time we applied as she was new at that job.

So will I get denied because of that or I will be fine since my wife is making enough money now?

We also have a 2-months old kid now, which we didn't have when we applied.

I didnt take any employer letter to my interview. I just bring our pay stubs and the tax-paper from 2018.
Your situation is delicate. I think you should ask a lawyer about it.
