  • Help with i-130 part 5

    Hello,
My USC wife filed i130 for me back in 2015 and it was approved. We didn't proceed with i485 due to financial issue. From what I read on this forum, the i-130 does expire since she did not update with USCIS . So, now my wife going to submit a new i-130 application but got confused in part 5. Should she put my name here? For the place, what it should be? USCIS office? And she did not remember the date she filed the i130 but she did have the date USCIS received her application.

If you answered "Yes" to that question at Part 5, then yes she should put your name in that section. The place, I think should be the city & state you filed the first I-130 petition and the date they received it should be fine as well.
