When asked for employment information should I be putting down the info for an Au Pair agency if my spouse came here as an Au Pair? And how about addresses for the past 5 years? I need to include every host family's address she's stayed with?

Besides this, I also had to attach the taxes for all the years that I worked as an au pair.Originally posted by NSTJ18 View PostYes, it is.

They gave you an RFE for your taxes or did you just include them initially? This may end up being a problem for usOriginally posted by Khaleesi View Post

Our lawyer recommended to include it, but I’m not sure if it’s something they ask for. I guess it’s mainly to see how much money we made and be sure we paid the taxes as employees in this country.Originally posted by NYCNLC View Post

If you don't have them, don't send them.Originally posted by NYCNLC View Post

IF, and only if, they ask you, it seems like you can file retroactively. Not sure how it works though.Salt Lake City-UT
