To be honest, when it is that long they probably just simply wont call you back..... that is my experience anyway. I had to try 3 times to finally speak to a Tier 2 officer. I scheduled a call back 2 times 2 days in a row and they just simply didn't..... I tried again a week after and called very early in the morning. They said the call back would be within 2 hours.... almost 4 hours later they finally called back.
The plus side was the officer really helped me! This is just my experience though..... try calling early in the morning.

Are they still taking infopass appointments?
I had my interview almost 4 months ago and haven't received any answer since. Called last Friday to make an inquiry and the agent told me they can't really make an inquiry until my case exceeds the processing times for my office. Which won't be for another 7.5 - 17 months ?!?
At the end of the interview they gave me the "Allow us 90 days to take a decision" letter. I'm feeling really confused and lost right now. Can't plan anything for the future with these people.

              Those can’t be the timelines
I’m only imagining what you’ve been going through for the past 1 year and I can only give you a big round of applause for the patience.

scubby3 i would suggest talking to a Senator or Congressman. USCIS Ombudsman can also help. the last course of action would be to file a mandamus action regarding your case.

newacct or azblk can you please share your thoughts.

Maria L per my understanding once you have the interview they are supposed to provide you with a decision and this wait time does not have to be the processing time of your FO. that processing time is to schedule an interview. Normally it would be 120 days to get a decision but after that you can take legal action against them to make them give you an Answer regarding your case.

                    I know, right?
I didn't think either that the processing times of the FO apply after one's had the interview. I asked the customer rep to transfer me to a Level II but he told me I'd be told the same thing.
So I made an inquiry myself last Friday, using the online platform. My online account shows that on Oct 18 a service request was opened, but it's currently not assigned for processing. I'll keep you posted on my next adventures.

I am in same shoe as you, my interview was last year july 2018 and the officer said 120 days. Till date still waiting, tired of speaking with tier 2 officer who will always tell me my case is within processing time. The pain of expectation is rely killing, dont pray for this but God knows best.

USCIS' incompetence and the mire of immigration policy changes occurring are borderline criminal negligence at this point.

Don’t trust the Representatives. They always told that. The thing is they are not Level II. When talking to level II you should tell them what the letter said like 120 days to make decision.

I just spoke to a Congressman rep and he forward me the privacy form I need to filled with the information needed to do the process so I'll do that first thing tomorrow morning. It sucks because the io told me after the interview to give a couple months I know couple is 2 months and now a year after and still nothing. You want to tell me that it takes 1 year and counting to investigate and and read over and sign a signature wow. Hopefully the congressman can help me out cause I feel like am running out of patients honestly

@scubby3: in this past year, have you done any inquiries on your case? Did you open a service request to inquire about your case?
I’m curious what’s the response rate on them. I opened the SR 10 days ago and it hasn’t been assigned for processing yet. They said to expect an answer by Nov 2nd.
