My i-130 is outside the processing time. I asked the officer to create a outside processing ticket request and waited for 30 days. It passed 30 days, and spoke to a Tier 2 officer. The lady told me that the i-130 is approved after the i-485 is approved. Does anyone know how it works? Thank you. I am still waiting for my interview to be scheduled since 12/24/19.

Hello, ours was approved after they approved the I-485. When we went for our interview our officer went over the I-130 as well.

To anybody that was a few days away from having their interview when the FOs were closed on March 18, have you heard yet from your FO about a new interview being scheduled? We've heard nothing from our FO.

2/21/2020 Received the interview notice in mail
3/17/2020 - I-485 Interview Cancelled - less than 5 days away from having the interview....
3/19/2020 - I-485 Case Is Ready To Be Scheduled For An Interview
4/22/2020 - I-765 & I-131 Case Was Approved
4/24/2020 - I-765 EAD Card Was Mailed To Me

10/14- Mailed concurrent 130 485 packet
11/13 - Receipt date
12/8 - Biometrics
2/8 - EAD/AP combo card approved , received 2/14
3/1 - SS Card received
3/15 - RFE for I-130 - Marriage certificate
6/3 - Mailed Response to RFE
6/19 - Card production ordered, 130 approved.

Some hopeful news: USCIS is pushing back potential employee furlough date from July to August. Hopefully many of our October cases get resolved this summer!

We completed our medical. So we're almost ready. Working on the interview package now.

Fingers, toes, knees and eyes crossed that we get interviewed before this crazy furlough sh!tuation.

However, my status for i-485 has been 'interview ready to be scheduled' since December 2019, and I haven't heard anything from USCIS now for almost 5.5 months. I field office is Santa Ana. Anyone having same problem as I am? Thank you

I have same issue.My PD oct 1st. and field office was newark nj and case ready to schedule for an interview was on dec.5th2019.

few weeks back i moved to other state and changed my address and have another case ready to schedule for an interview update on may29th.
