I got a letter from USCIS which is notice of the decision, they ask me to send 290b withe the current fee to the service center. I got denied due to miss of the 864, I didn't submit 864 with 485 together, Right now I try to reopen it.
the problem is what should I submit this time?
Do I submit 864 with 290b together or only 290b or resubmit 485 and 290b?

Still nothing yet I call them the other day and the officer told my that my case is still under active review so I don't know whats taking so long. Am currently with my timeliness so hopefully something change. The 1st of this month makes 2 years since I file and its been a year and 6 months since my interview and until this moment my case remains at interview was schedule and i130 remains at case was received. These people need to get off their butts and do some work.
