Hello all, I filed aos 3 months ago and did my biometrics last month on the 4th, my case still says fingerprint was received, I called uscis yesterday and the representative told me that the fingerprint processing was complete, does that mean the fingerprint review was complete ?

Unfortunately not everybody gets updates here. In my experience, mine started from case received, then jumped to case is ready to be scheduled for interview. I didnt get the biometric status. So yours might update, or might not. But I’m sure youre pretty good it.B2; AoS; Same-Sex Marriage:USC

Hopefully we all get an update soon it’s frustrating that I have to call to hear an update and they tell me to use online tools instead, how if they don’t update anything at all, just praying it moves swiftly for all of usComment

we deserve some sort of update / direct contact with the office after the fees we have paid. It’s called basic customer service.
My lawyer is not responding to my message.Comment
