    Here is my case:
I got a text message on 11/15/19 and then the online status changed to "Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview" from "Fingerprint Fee Was Received". I have never got the status of my fingerprint although it was finished in August. Then on 11/18/19 I got the courtesy letter in mail for I-693 dated on 11/12/19.

This is the first time I read something about this. Usually, if they send an RFE the status change. They can send RFE for I-693 if they want, but that clearly say that the process stopped and you need to send the sealed envelope to a USCIS address.
Nov 2018 - Package sent - EB - Texas Service Center
Day 1 - Package received at the lockbox
Day 999 - Card delivered to me - Aug 2021
