@ stephd : Just a quick reminder that you should come 1:30 hr before interview.
We live in Chesterfield, VA & it takes 1:30 hr to USCIS Norfolk.
Scheduled at 8am, we departed at 6am, and that stupid small road (before turning left to the bridge) was CRAZILY crowded,
We were sitting in the car, and counting every seconds passing heavily.

... and we were even 30 mins late for interview.

10-Oct-2018 : EAD in hand
11-Oct- 2018: SSN in hand
11- Nov-2018: Change of Address AR-11 (moved to Virginia with husband)
15- Jun-2019: Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview
20-Aug- 2019: Interview date
23-Aug-2019: I-130 approval letter
23-Oct- 2019: EAD renewal

i also moved from Texas (Arlington) to Virginia (Richmond)
U submitted in June 2018, i submitted in Sep 2018.
so sorry about your case. We got interview in Nov, Medical expired so we re-submitted Medical, and got green card in Dec 31, 2019.
hope you get approved soon.
