  • Does "Case is ready to be scheduled" mean I will not Receive any RFE?

I just got a email noticed my I-485 changed to "Case is ready to be scheduled".
I filled 4 forms by myself, and I am still worrying that I did not fill it correctly or I forgot to submit some supporting materials.
    Am I safe now??

    Previous status: F1
    PD: 9/27 2019
    11/1 fingerprints done
12/13 I-485, Case is ready to be scheduled
San Jose F1 AOS with UC 4 forms
    9/24 2019: Sent 4 forms to Chicago
    9/27 2019: PD
    11/1/2019 : Fingerprints done
12/13/2019:Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview
    1/21/2020: Interview was scheduled
2/25/2020 12pm: we interviewed in San Jose.
2/25/2020 5:00pm: I-485 new card is being produced.

Almost all the reports I have seen don't get any RFE after that change of status. A couple mentioned the need for an updated I-864 or to supply new I-693.

You can't be 100% sure with USCIS, but I think you are pretty safe. It can take a few days to a few weeks/months for your status to change to "Interview Was Scheduled", don't worry about that, it is normal.
Nov 2018 - Package sent - EB - Texas Service Center
Day 1 - Package received at the lockbox
Day 999 - Card delivered to me - Aug 2021

All my posts are based on my experience or information I read on the forums or the USCIS website. I may be wrong. Please consult a professional.

      Thanks!
I am concerned that it would 3 months to move to next step, because I am in San Jose.

That status update means your file has been put in queue for the interview scheduling, which can take a few days or a year or more, depending on your field office. That status update was the last one before it changed to Interview was Scheduled last week. See my signature.

wow. You case moves so fast even you are in Seattle. Is it because you were F1 before? I was F1 too. Hope I just need to wait one month to have my interview scheduled.

Fast? It's been 16 months lol. And no, I don't think being an F1 had any bearing.
