I485 approved but Notice NOT received

I485 approved but Notice NOT received. I need an urgent help here. The USCIS website says that my & my wife's I485 was approved on Nov 4 2004, but I have not received the approval notice so far. My attorney also has not received the attorney's copy. I called the customer service. They have variable answers. Some say that I should submit the I-824 form for duplicate approval notice, whereas some say that I should submit the 'Non-delivery' request with USCIS. What are my best options here??

Call customer service and request non-delivery. Also file duplicate copy.
In my case i got approved and got my approval notice on time and went for stamping. But in my wife's case they have issued an RFE on nov'17th 2004 and we have not got it yet. Called customer service and they noted non-delivery. After that our online status changed and now the status reads "We got your request for more evidence. We sent a mail on Dec 9th and if one month has passed and you did not receive a reply call National customer service number".
Some how they miss certain mails and their turnaround time is pathetic. We have to be patient and keep trying. What else can we do?

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I called them & had thme note the non-delivery against our case. They asked me to wait for another month for action. So something is happening. Do you think that I should still apply for duplicate copy thro' form I-824?

Did u'r attorney give you some insight? I know there is a way to FAX this and also at the same time we can mail TSC about this. If you know of anyway if we can speak to TSC officer that would be the fastest. My attorney says that calling them is the best way and then we canfax and send a mail although faxing and sending mails are optional.
Yesterday i received a letter from TSC saying that on Dec'6th we called national customer service and they recorded the conversation as non-delivery. This is proof that we have been trying to get the document from them.
