Our appointment was yesterday. Passport didn’t get stamped at the end of interview. Today I check my status online & saw they’re mailing a notice for extra evidence to be sent out. Has anyone been in the same situation?

01.08.20: Attended interview
01.09.20: Request for additional evidence sent for I-485
01.10.20: New card is being processed for I-765
01.13.20: I-765 was approved
01.13.20: Received RFE for I-485
01.13.20: Mailed out RFE
01.14.20: Card was mailed to me
01.17.20: AED card & ssn in hand
01.27.20: I-485 was approved -
We can't know what it is and you won't know either until the RFE arrives in the mail. It could be anything. Wait for the letter and then comply with their request. Yes, it has happened before to others, nothing super uncommon.RoC (I-751) Application, filed from Houston TX

11/15 - New card is being produced (I-765)
11/26 - EAD combo & SS card

In the course of your interview, did the IO ask for any document you didn't have with you at the time? If so, perhaps that's what the RFE pertains to.

No she did not. I had everything with me plus copies of every single document & extra pictures from the past 3-4months. She didn’t ask for any of it. So I find this really odd!9.25.19: I-765 & I-485 were received
