  • AosNeed help RFIE i-864

    Hi Guys,
Yesterday I received RFIE about i-864 for my son i-485, it said income did not meet.
I check i-864p, we’re household size of 5, requirement was $37.xxx and my 2018 tax return was $52.xxx which was greater, what do i miss?
Anyone who has similar experience, please help how to process?
Thanks guys & have a great day!

manhattanite Hi, i did submitted form i-864 signed and dated with complete 2018 tax return (including all support documentation).
long short story (details in my recent post), I once filed i-485 for my spouse and stepson in 12/2017 and got interview in 11/2019. My spouse was approved but my stepson was denied so I refiled for him in 11/2019.
The weird thing is at the interview in 11/2019, I handed 2018 tax return (the same one that I submitted to my son case currently) and everything was fine my spouse got approved, I earned more than it was required
