Good news! My spouse received her 485 approval after interview on 07/20/20.. Website updated status to "card is being produced" on 07/21/20 and on 07/22/20 status for 485 and 130 changed to case is approved. Concurrently filed 130 and 485 along with 131 and 765 on January 5th, and January 9th was the official priority date.

Glad to hear that things finally move forward! Hope everyone can get the interview notice soon. Finger cross!

however, since 4/22, status changed to Ready to interview , no update until now...

NO update since I responded to RFIE for Medical in May. I see cases getting approved randomly and some getting interviews scheduled. I just wish I knew how these centers work. I was curious and I checked some receipt numbers ahead of mine and found some which were approved.

Some case number is a parents or employment based that why some ahead of you case was approved!
Yes, some people getting aproved randomly. Each case is different.
