Can anyone guide me as to the possible ways we can get our prior H1's or I-94 arrival , departure cards from USCIS.
We need them as we don't have a couple of I-94 with us. At the same time we checked with the attorney who filed for the H1 and they don't keep more than 5 yrs data.
In this case , i heard that we can mail a request to Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) . If we do so, how long will it take? Any experiences would be greatly helpful.
