Respond rfe twice to uscis

Hi all here ,
I need some helps from your experience .I got an rfe from uscis last month about i485 joint sponsor' citizenship proof. And my attorney said she would respond this uscis, and she gave me an USPS tracking number which I could not find in the system at all.
I had waited for about 2 weeks, there was still nothing update online on uscis, so I decided to respond that rfe by myself again since I also have the rfe letter. I chose to send an overnight mail, and day after rfe received it and case online updated.
And 4 days after case online updated that they received my rfe, the tracking number that my sister attorney gave me alerted that the mail was delivered to uscis too.
my question here is that, after the uscis received rfe twice responses on one topic, is it possible to delay the case process or anything could happens?
Please share your experience about this.. I'm so worried. Really appreciated for your sharing.

This is the first time I read something like this, so maybe nobody has experience with this.
I don't see any issues as long as the documents sent are the same.
For some reason, regular USPS take more time to deliver/process.

So something similar happened to me too... here is the timeline

12/05/19 SMS for 485 RFIE
12/10/19 Response sent
12/17/19 USCIS has begun working on your case again
01/16/20 Expedite request for I-765
01/21/20 Filed I-131
01/22/20 Request for evidence for expedite
01/27/20 Receiving additional evidence for expedite( on this date my 485 application says response to RFE received again!)
01/31/20 Expedite request approved for I-765


In my case I had sent evidence for expediting my EAD on the day when they updated 485 application.. most likely it means either some movement on the case or someone attaching additional documentation to the application or related application.

No updates since last week, when I got approval for expdited 765. No more updates on 485 or 130 yet.
