Request for more evidence is taking too long

Hello ! I went to my interview in Yakima wa sometime in November they told us we needed additional evidence, it is now February and I havent even received any for for additional evidence. I’m starting to get concerned did anyone else get held up for this long?

You should call the Customer Services 1 (800) 375-5283 immediately before it gets too late.

What does it says on Case Status online USCIS Website ?

I did I called and basically told me to keep checking the notifications. In case status it just says interview has been completed but nothing on the Rfe.
