No Status Update After Green Card Interview

Please advise what to do/ Has anyone experienced this??

I-485 Employment-Based
PD: 2017
I485 filing Date: 2018

We had our first interview in Feb 2019 - Officer perhaps forgot to take our signature at the end of the interview (that we realized when we signed after our second interview)
- Raised Service request through customer service agent
Case transferred to TSC - May 2019
Case transferred to NBC - July 2019
Case transferred again to TSC - Aug 2019
Raised Service Request through customer service agent
Case transferred again to NBC Sep 2019
Raised Service Request through L2 officer
2nd Interview Jan 2020
The interview was a generic officer said you will hear in 4 weeks but the case transferred again to TSC after the one week of the interview.

Please suggest what to do it's been a long time and they are just transferring our case

Have you contacted them back about the case? You usually have to call them back after 60-90 days if you didn't receive any updates.

There is no legal time for response except max processing time for I485 @ Houston Office is 23.5 months for now, and that is around middle of may 2020

I had my interview on Feb 10. I was approved on the spot and the officer told me that I would receive the card within 7-10 days but the status on USCIS website hasn’t changed yet.

Its been around 10 days now and there is still no change in the status. I am planning to submit a service request soon.
I am not sure if there is anything else I can do.

It's been 18 days for me. I submitted a service request last week and they told me the decision is still pending and to wait up to 60 days.

Mine took two months for decision. Wait for 60 days and call them and talk to a tier 2 officer if you don’t have an update.

I submitted SR too and got a response with 2 days. They said its still under review and a final decision hasn’t been made. They didn’t give any timeline for an update in the response. I guess the waiting game will continue.

Even we had our GC interview last week, and IO told everything looks good and will recommend for approval by EOD, but then after 4 hours, got update saying interview completed and case must be reviewed and no further update as of today.

i had my interview In San Antonio and the IO said all looks good and I she would recommend our case to the supervisor, Nothing yet and it’s so hard the wait.

Nothing yet unfortunately. I submitted a service request and they replied that the decision is still pending and I have to wait up to 60 days. When was your interview?

Great news! I just received a new update that my case is approved and a new card is being produced! Finally!! It took over a month after the interview.

Congratulations!!! Happy for you. Did you ever got any updates after your interview? ( your case is complete and needs to be reviewed). We never got an update after our interview. Our status is still at we scheduled an interview. Thank you.

Thank you! We didn't receive any updates after the interview. Our status was stuck at "Scheduled for an interview" also.

The IO just told us that we will receive a decision via mail and that's it.

Our case didn't update anything and I kept calling USCIS to get an update and was told to just wait for the mail. The waiting game was tiring.

On March 20, 2020 is when our case updated to "Case was approved and card is being produced".

So for us:
Interview Date: Feb 3, 2020
Case updated and approved: March 20, 2020
